Refund Policy: Due to the custom nature of products sold by our platform, they are ineligible for refund.

Delivery Policy: Most orders placed through this platform are normally for a group buy.
If for a group buy: Once the group buy closes, we place the order with the manufacturer. Fulfillment can take between 1-2 weeks if stock is available from manufacturer, or 1-2 months if the manufacturer needs to do JIT (Just-in-time) fulfillment.
If for a normal purchase while in stock, fulfillment is 1-2 business days.

Return Policy: Due to the custom nature of the product, we are only able to accept exchanges for DOA (Dead on Arrival) units.

Cancellation Policy: Your order may be cancelled before the group buy is closed. This date is advertised on our Discord Group, located usually in the buy-n-sell channel, located here. Once the group buy is closed, and the order has been sent off to the manufacturer, the order cannot be cancelled.
